The Filipino Patients and hopefuls that full of hopes are still hoping that the cure will be granted as soon as possible.In my opinion.marijuana should be regulated because as I observe,many teenagers in Philippines who smoke marijuana because of the impluence of the other city and countries,such like Colorado,Washington and Uruguay.They have seen it on YouTube and Facebook that other countries already legalized Medical Marijuana because it's safer than tobacco and alcohol.And Yes, I agree that marijuana is safe, but its still need to be regulated like tobacco and alcohol.Becuase Drug Pushers Never ask I.D.
